About me and my practice
There is a counselling term, 'The Therapeutic Alliance', which is massively important to me; it refers to the working relationship that is developed between the client and therapist. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance will help create a safe, trusting environment in which you can explore your issues...knowing that you are with another man who values you, doesn't judge you and who can help you navigate whatever challenging stage in your life that you are currently experiencing.
In our sessions, you are free to talk about anything; ALL is welcome...no judgment from me!
Experience
I have worked in various helping professions since the mid-1990s and have had the privilege of meeting and working with a very diverse range of people during that time.
As a consequence, I am able to bring a very practical approach to my therapeutic work, as well as the theoretical knowledge I gained through education and training. This combination enables me to help you consider your current situation from various perspectives, which will help you clarify the direction you wish to move in next.
I am dual-trained as a Life Coach, which also enables me to help you to make progress again once you've resolved the issues that bring you to therapy.

Initial Consultation
I offer all potential clients a free 20-minute telephone consultation call. Following the call, there's no obligation whatsoever to book your first session.
Fees
I charge £50 for a session, that lasts one hour.
I am willing to negotiate a reduction in my fees if you require counselling but are struggling financially at the moment. There is absolutely no judgment if this is the case, so feel free to contact me, so we can discuss your circumstances.
When I Work
I am very flexible in my approach and always try to reach a balance between work and the rest of my life. Consequently, I tend to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and offer sessions between 7am and 8pm.

Integrative (Person Centered, Psychodynamic & CBT). I also offer coaching.
